We are working with an international leader in agriculture and food manufacturing to search for a Maintenance Technician to join the business.

As an experienced Maintenance professional you will be multi-skilled across both electrical and mechanical equipment.

You responsibilities will focus on preventative maintenance for all plant equipment, ensuring the safe operation of the production process in a safe & hygienic manner, working within budgetary constraints.

When breakdowns occur, you’ll work to correct the breakdown and work with external contractors as required.

The Maintennace Technician will prioritise quick rectification of plant defects, guaranteeing operational safety, output and quality standards are maintained. You’ll make sure that contractors are compliant from planning works through to being onsite, you'll also ensure that all legislative and company policies and procedures are met and adhered to.

As a Maintenance Technician you will champion the pursuit of continuous improvement in engineering, health & safety, hygiene, housekeeping and environmental aspects of the site.
