Maintenance Manager

I am currently partnering with a waste recovery plant as a need has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to join the company. They are a leader in their market and operate out of a state-of-the-art facility.

For this role, I am looking for the Maintenance Manager to possess the following:

• Relevant HNC or equivalent engineering qualifications
• Experience in developing a safety culture across an engineering department
• Experienced in continuous improvement activities
• Implementation of PPM schedules
• Management of internal and external stakeholders

 As well as a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience, you will receive 25 days’ holiday allowance, pension and various other benefits.

Key skills & responsibilities

• Ensuring the plant is maintained to high standards, allowing for the facility to operate at maximum efficiency
• Management and development of the maintenance team – ensuring that training needs are identified and met
• Management of the maintenance plan
• Ensure all works are undertaken in line with Health & Safety legislation
