TXM are working with a global, manufacturer of precision engineered components and are looking to recruit a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for their factory in Banbury.

This is a hands-on role, providing reactive maintenance support to the production department- as well as proactively resolving issues and making improvements. 

Duties include:

-Responding to breakdowns and identifying imminent failures that could affect quality or production output.
-Completing PPM's along with the necessary paperwork.
-Helping to collate technical data for analysis.
-Assist the operators with TPM techniques.

What you'll need?

-Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience/qualifications).
-Electro-mechanical maintenance experience, familiarity with the following: conveyor systems, control systems, motors, drives, humidity controls.
-Flexibility to work shifts, continental days and nights (7pm-7am).
