TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who breathes customer satisfaction. They are expanding and are looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their team located in London on a permanent basis working on the London Underground across the TFL estate.

Your duties will consist of carrying out air conditioning installation works, testing and commissioning, also attending mechanical faults, and carrying out maintenance on Mechanical systems across the TfL Estate.

Role Requirements:

To carry out air conditioning installation works and providing test results and
commissioning certification.
To carry out mechanical remedial works.
To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task
Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
Production of technical and situational reports as required.
Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always
compliant with its contractual obligations.
To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
Attending team meetings/briefings as always requested.
To ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
To escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety,
Environmental and Quality legislation and are equally aware of their own roles and
responsibilities within the Company
Knowledge and Skills:
Full UK Driving Licence
London Underground certification is required to access all areas of the estate, candidates.
upon successful application shall be expected to achieve the desired level of
accreditation as required.
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 - Minimum- (Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing & Refrigeration
and air conditioning)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3: - Preferred- (Heating & Ventilation/ Plumbing & Refrigeration
and air conditioning

Job Details:
Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday – 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: London Underground Stations
