Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Do you have previous experience in HIU or Meter maintenance experience?

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a award-winning facilities management company looking for multiple HIU/Meter Technicians to join the team on a permanent basis based in Kings Yard, London, E15 2GP.

Can you deliver the below?
  • Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
  • Remedial works on the HIU
  • General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders,
  • HIU Maintenance
  • Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
  • Bleeding radiators
  • Replacing Heat Meters
  • Servicing and repair of Chilled interface Units.
What we are looking for:
  • HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Honest, reliable, and hard working
  • Plumbing Qualifications and experience
  • Basic Electrical knowledge/qualifications an advantage
  • A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines.
