If leading a new business model within the security of an already established & international business is a combination that appeals to you, then TXM Recruit have an excellent career opportunity with a long-standing manufacturing and engineering specialist.
The timing and potential:
Established for over 25 years, 2023 has been a record year for revenue within the company’s core & traditional markets. With increasing demand, they are now targeting further growth through diversifying into the energy markets, and in particular renewable energy & alternative energy.
The plan- you will be wearing a number of hats:
You will be leading a 2-site operation, consisting of a manufacturing plant and engineering/design office, with a headcount of c.200
The focus will be to grow: the client base; services & solutions to the energy markets; operational & staff performance at site level; grow the teams; & increase revenue by 20-30% over the next 3 years.
The fit?
- You will have a manufacturing and/or engineering background.
- Industry knowledge from within traditional energy or power, oil & gas, renewable energy
- Experience at Senior Leadership level for site/plant operations, accountable for P&L and other production & quality focused targets.
- You will be skilled in transformation/ change & programme management: providing industry & technical insights to the business development team in acquiring new clients & then coordinating the successful delivery of the solutions with your senior management team.
Additional Languages: Polish & English.
