Description
Our client who is a fast-growing maintenance and construction organisation are expanding their commercial gas in-house capability. They are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and skilled Gas Service Manager to join their award-winning team. Based at the Head Office in Wigan, you will be responsible for the commercial gas service delivery from enquiry to handover.
With your industry knowledge and expertise, you will identify opportunities for expansion to support the organisation’s growth aspirations.
Overview
- Daily deployment, scheduling and management of engineers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure health and safety compliance is always maintained on sites and work locations including completing and issuing relevant RAMS where required.
- Client engagement.
- Work valuations and quotations.
- Ensure tasks are completed within the required timescale and on budget.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is being provided by our engineers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure we have a large reliable sub-contractor base that covers the regions of work to supplement our in-house gas engineers and cover / cope with the demands of a busy winter period
- Help recruit in house gas engineers in locations to suit the workload
- Full Driving Licence – Required
- Asbestos Awareness – Desirable
- IOSH – Desirable
- Basic iT Skills – Required
