Your Responsibilities:
Implement performance improvement techniques across the fleet
Review, revise, and approve intricate engineering designs
Provide comprehensive reports on in-service and component-level defects
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including OEMs, Suppliers, and end Customers
Qualities We Seek:
Engineering Qualification: Above HNC level
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated achievements in a rolling stock environment
Investigative Skills: Experience in leading complex engineering root cause investigations
Tech-Savvy: Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Mobility: Possession of a full clean driving license
