TXM Recruit are working with a railway business to recruit a Fleet Assistant to assist in compliance with safety and statutory requirements relating to the operation of road vehicles.
 
Key Tasks
  • Maintaining and updating Internal asset management systems and communicating with suppliers
  • Ordering, replacing, and maintaining fuel cards, along accurate monthly reporting.
  • Accident Management & Insurance Claims Administration
  • Administration of Licencing checking provider
  • Production of weekly safety reports and other reports from time to time
  • Issue and receipt of new of company vehicles, including administrative tasks, Disposal of company vehicles, arranging collection via the Lease supplier under the BVLRA guidelines.
  • Collate information on vehicle operating costs, monitor and prepare reports to enable vehicle-operating costs to be monitored and controlled.
  • Administration of London Congestion Zone, Fines, adding and removal, keep company records accurate and up to date.
  • Administration of the Company telematics system, issuing and administration of key cards, removal and disposal liaising with the provider.
  • The above does not limit your duties and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any work within your capabilities and capacity.
 
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence staff and suppliers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise work and achieve deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Team player with an ability to work on own initiative.
  • Customer focused/customer service skills
  • Full Driving Licence
