Job Title: Fire Service and Maintenance Engineer        
Location: Derby
Salary: up to £37,440 DOE + Overtime, travel time, OOH retainer
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00)

As a Fire Service and Maintenance Engineer you will be delivering PPMs across the Social Housing sector. You will carry out:
  • Install Fire Alarm systems.
  • Testing
  • Maintain fire alarm systems.
  • Emergency light testing
  • Nurse call
Responsibilities
  • Complete service reports
  • Report deficiencies or deviations in systems
  • Conduct regular van stock checks.
  • Complete 1st time fix where possible.
To be successful, you will be expected to have the below Qualifications & Experience
  • FIA Training to BS5839-1 Fundamentals
