Job Title: Field Line Manager         
Location: London / Southeast
Salary: up to £50k
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00)

As a Field Line Manager, you will be ensuring site operatives within projects are carrying out tasks correctly. You will be working along side the Operations Manager and other Field Line Managers. You need to:
  • Make sure projects are delivered from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance to site staff.
  • Providing feedback from site
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Keep on top of Health & Safety, audits, liaising with the Safety Business Partner
  • Ensure all work start with RAMS and job descriptions. Uploading to share files.
  • Provide pre-start assessments.
  • Toolbox talks, inclusive of tool inspections and PPE etc.
  • Weekly reports sent to Operational director for all sites.
  • Attending office meetings, providing updates and feedback.
  • Provide leadership to engineers, including inductions to new starters.
  • Handover installations and provide system demonstration.
  • Complete stock takes and the start and end of a project job.
To be successful, you will be expected to have the below Qualifications & Experience
  • SMSTS
  • Background in managing engineers.
  • Understanding of Electrical and Fire Alarm installation
  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Experience of running multiple projects
