TXM is seeking an FAIR Inspector to join join a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Basildon on a permanent basis.
The employee must have a can do attitude and strive to support the elements of the SQCDP framework of the wider business of our client.
Requirements
- To maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirements.
- Inspection and verification of parts at all stages within business.
- First article inspection procedures.
- Non-conformance procedures.
- Root cause analysis and resolution.
- Work as part of team to achieve quality and production targets.
- Support process of building quality into the manufacturing cycle.
- Represent quality function at team meetings.
- CMM experience advantageous.
- Experienced in an engineering background.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector preferred.
- Experience in a quality control environment preferred.
- Provide 1st Article Inspection Reports.
- First Article Inspection experience.
- Working to ISO 9001.
