Facilities Supervisor with ref. BH-30405

We have a new opportunity working as a facilities Supervisor for one of key engineering clients based in Croydon on a 2-month rolling contract.

As a facilities Supervisor will be on a rate of £21 per hour, working 37 hours a week on day shifts Monday to Friday. You would need to travel to Greenford once a week, but all travel would be expensed. This role falls inside of IR35.

We are looking for a facilities Supervisor with the below skill set:

· 18th Edition Wiring

· Plumbing to a city and guilds standard

· Able to change radiators, TVR valves, change taps and washers

· Unblock toilets/ drains.

· Able to deal with fuse spurs

· change switches

· Some knowledge of boilers

They are looking for a facilities Supervisor who can start with immediate effect and get started on the role ASAP.
