Engine Test Technician

Northampton

Four on four off shift work.

Driving optimised testing procedures at this global leader in automotive and motorsport technology you will use your engine test experience on dynamometers to uphold a culture of excellence.

With a focus on the day to day operation and maintenance of dyno’s as an Engine Test Technician you’ll also be responsible for carrying out routine test procedures, setting up and maintaining complex engine tests. This will include rigging, instrumentation set up, test monitoring and ongoing maintenance within the cell. 

This role is challenging, in a high pressured environment with constantly changing demands.  

However, in return you’ll be working alongside the most skilled technicians in the industry at a state of the art facility, and you’ll be at the centre of it all.

Candidate

You’ll have a developed understanding of engine testing principles and knowledge of internal combustion engines and preferably have a qualification or experience in a relevant engineering area

You must be a good team player, cooperating and supporting colleagues is essential. As well as being organised, enthusiastic and organised in line with the company behaviours.
