TXM Recruit are currently looking for Domestic Electrician’s to work in the Midlands for one of the UK’s largest and leading FM Companies. The areas will include Wolverhampton, Solihull and Smethwick. The role will be working Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am – 5pm.

The salary will be up to £37,000 per year + price work DOE.

As an Electrician, you will undertake a variety of tasks in social housing properties. The tasks will involve EICR testing, remedial works, fault finding etc.

As an Electrician you will be working in the Social Housing setting covering Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
  • EICR testing
  • Remedial works
  • Covering a lot of properties in short time frame
  • Fault finding.

To be successful, you will be expected to have the below Qualifications & Experience
  • 18th Edition
  • NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
  • 2391 or equivalent
