Position: Dispatch Administrator
Location: Littlehampton
Reporting to: Supervisor

This would be a 3-month contract with the potential opportunity of an extension after the initial 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the logistics of managing inbound and outbound stock
  • Liasing with suppliers and contractors to arrange collections and timely despatch of orders.
  • Responsible for processing paperwork with regards to orders and shipments
  • Producing despatch notes and confirming with Customer Services
  • Handle routine emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Working closely with our Customer Services department on current stock and requirements
  • Monitoring of stock and the stores’ function
  • Conducting stock checks as required

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Despatch/Logistics experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions and excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to quickly adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required.
  • Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage, but not essential.

Shift:  Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 15:00
Rates: £12 per hour
