TXM Recruit are looking for a Deputy Head of Performance based in Norwich working for an engineering business within the transportation sector. This is a Brand-New Role and on offer a salary range of £53,000 - £58,500 with a match pension contribution scheme of up to 10%.
Deputy Head of Performance Job Description:
· Looking for a deputy head of department to deputise on site management and regionally, 2/3 direct reports along with 12/13 indirect reports.
· The primary focus of this role is look at how the fleets are performing commercially as well as amendments theoretically & practically.
· Will cover areas such as safety and effectiveness, looking for someone who can adapt with change and create change correctly.
· Ideally will have a lean, six sigma, kaizen understanding or experience.
· Ideally HNC/HND or qualified if not higher, or demonstrable experience within this role or a similar position.
· Will consider other relevant engineering backgrounds.
