Job Title: Contracts Manager  
Location: Sandwell, Birmingham  
Salary: up to £55k DOE
Company: Building, Maintenance, and Refurbishment Company

Due to growth one of our Social Housing clients are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will lead a major adaptations contract. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of projects, including extensions, stair lift installations, wet room constructions, level access showers, and exterior structural changes.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage 4-5 projects simultaneously, each with a value of approx £30k
  • Trade Supervision: Direct and supervise various trades, including but not limited to bricklayers, builders, electricians, carpenters, wet room fitters etc.
  • Adaptation Expertise: Bring your in-depth knowledge of major adaptations to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • SMSTS
  • Proven track record in managing Adaptation projects.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
