An excited opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated Contracts Manager to work for a Prestigious client.
To manage several contracts ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and with high levels of client and resident satisfaction. To run the contract from handover to final completion (completion of Defects Liability Period), including preparation of the SHEQ Plan. To take control of the fire risk assessment plan, traffic management plan and project risk assessments. To be responsible for ensuring projects are adequately resourced to be managed safely, whilst maximising efficiency. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are always upheld to the highest of standards.
This is a full time role, suited to an individual whose preference is to work Days, Monday – Friday 8AM to 8PM. Hopefully this role is right up your street? If so, you’ll carry a strong employment background within the Facilities Management industry.
