Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £47,500 + £6,500 Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30

We are currently seeking a Skilled Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team in Bristol within the Social Housing Sector. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Divisional Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Over see and support Site Managers, Direct Trades and Supply Chain to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure site safety adhere to client standards, making sue all employees comply with company and legislative Health & Safety procedures.
  • Monitor material and plant orders, stock levels, and distribution; ensure all site-based equipment is functional and suitable for each site.
  • Maximize project delivery within budget and in accordance with client specifications.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally.
To be successful in this position you will need to have the below knowledge/experience:
  • Previous experience in managing a multi-site portfolio, particularly in repairs, voids, and planned works.
  • Social Housing background of at least 3 years
  • Construction Management Qualifications
