TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning railway client who are expanding and looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team located in Birmingham on a contract basis paying £12.50 per hour.
What will you deliver?
- Uploading documentation to internal and external contract management systems and to ensure content is kept up to date
- Manage the recording of correspondence between WMT and key stakeholders
- Track meeting actions and their completion
- Book meetings
- Supporting business improvement projects/initiatives
- To attend and administer KPI/SLA performance meetings with client and with subcontract providers.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, web based systems.
- Organised and methodical
- Ability to prioritise deadlines
- Pro-active individual with an ability to engage and work with others
- Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment
- GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and Maths
Job Title: Contract Administrator
Salary: £12.50 per hour (£24,000)
Location: 134 Edmund St, Birmingham B3 2ES
Contract: 3 – 6 Months
Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm
