Salary: £20 - £22 per hour - Outside of IR35
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading carbon composite manufacturer located in Buckingham. Serving as a crucial supplier to industries like F1, Automotive, and Aerospace, the company is actively searching for skilled Laminators to join them on an initial 3-month contract.
Compositor Laminator Responsibilities:
- Assemble carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
- Perform laminating and tooling across a diverse range of products.
- Execute laminations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Vacuum bag parts to a high standard.
- Assist in all aspects of Production, including mold preparation and de-molding.
- Previous experience in the automotive/motorsport sector.
- Strong knowledge of laminating processes.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience working within Formula 1
- Great earning potential with optional overtime hours available up to 50-hour working week.
- Competitive hourly rate (£20 - £22) outside of IR35.
