TXM Recruit are looking for a Commercial Manager based in Cental London working large rolling stock asset management company paying up to £88,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus of at least 10% plus 15% pension. 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. A great opportunity to join a large business with a well-established portfolio.
Commercial Manager Requirements:
- Ensuring the company’s current portfolio are renewed with current assets as well as identifying and securing growth in new product development.
- Lead negotiations for new agreements, completing relevant documentation to the board ensuring relevant approvals and submissions are achieved.
- Develop and update the business commercial strategy, analysing threats and opportunities to increase pipeline.
- Obtain market information and identify new opportunities to feed into the pipeline.
- Market intelligence & economic analysis
- Ideally will have strong rail/rolling stock knowledge.
- Circa 10 years within commercial management.
- Capable presenter.
- Great interpersonal skills.
