TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Business Support Manager on a temp to perm position paying £19.24 per hour in London. 

The Business Support Manager is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of activities for the department to support the Account Manager to maintain optimal performance. Manage all administrative functions with minimal direction balancing priorities and stakeholder client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Administration team.
  • Responsible for the accurate collation and reporting of all client training to ensure contractual and statutory compliance.
  • Responsible for booking and arranging payment for training all staff on the contract.
  • Responsible for booking and arranging Drug and Alcohol testing.
  • Responsible for collation and presentation of Internal auditing
  • Responsible for collation and presentation of Client auditing
  • Ensure appropriate allocation and timely response to all division queries from the Account Manager and director.
  • Responsible for collation and presentation of all statutory compliance documentation and process maintenance for External Body RISQS auditing.  This is an essential duty for the viability of the contract.  This is considered a business-critical responsibility.
  • PO and comp spend tracking kept under tight control, reviewing with admin team and Finance business partner.
  • To undertake specific projects as directed by the Account Manager

What do we require from you?
  • Comfortable working with senior levels of staff as well as with front-line staff.
  • Experience in an administrative role supporting a senior leader and a large team with competing demands
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills including the full suite of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Research, writing and editing/proofing experience
  • Experience of compiling and preparing reports, diagrams and graphics
  • Work with minimal supervision; able to work under pressure to competing demands and stakeholders; strong customer focus. 
  • Diplomatic – able to get things done through influencing at all levels.
  • Capable of finding workable solutions, particularly when changes are required to working practices.
Main Details:
Job Title: Business Support Manager
Salary: £40,000 per annum - £19.24 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (3 Months)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm/8am to 5pm)
Location: Bevis Marks, London
