Job Title: Business Development Manager         
Location: North London/Essex
Salary: £45,000 + annual car allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs a week, (08:00 – 17:00)

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive regional sales for a building compliance services company with a strong focus on Social Housing. The role will entail.
  • Proactively market and sell the benefits of the company.
  • Focus on ensuring potential customers understand and are supported in achieving high standards of building compliance.
  • Sustaining & growing the company to achieve long term success.
Responsibilities
  • Acting as the voice of the customer within the business
  • Develop a deep knowledge base of the compliance sector and opportunities for development within.
  • Team monthly/YTD revenue recognition reporting, and presentation of sales pull through.
  • Gaining full understanding of customer needs, creating action plans and achievable timescales to manage expectations and delivery.
  • Having a Health & Safety mindset, looking at possible risks associated with the role and reporting any issues promptly to support the ongoing safety of self and others.
  • Direct responsibility for ensuring opportunities become agreed T&C’s involving the operations team, within agreed delivery model.
