BMS Engineer - I’m currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer who is looking for a permanent opportunity to work for one of the main gas contractors in the Southeast. The role will be working on their commercial contracts around the London / Southeast region in properties such as Hospitals, Prisons, Colleges, Universities etc.

The salary is between £45 - £50k depending on experience with a private vehicle allowance, company pension scheme and many more benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project PM and Design engineers to ensure project delivery and specification compliance.
  • Planning and co-ordination of project commissioning tasks
  • Carry out full Commissioning of BMS Control systems – predominantly Tridium & Trend
  • Adaptation and modification of control strategy as required to meet the project needs.
  • Completion of detailed Commissioning Test Sheets (CTS)
  • Carry out client witnessing/ demonstrations and handovers as per project requirements.

Experience Required:
  • Proven track record with BMS commissioning
  • Experience / training certification of Tridium N4
  • Experience / training certification of Trend systems (preferred, not essential)
  • Good understanding of HVAC plant
  • Electrically Qualified to 18th Edition
  • Current CSCS / ECS card
