About the role:
- Ensure project is managed to the right standards and are completed efficiently and on time. Delivering excellent quality of finishes with an eye to detail.
- Manage the delivery of Project Management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales HSE and quality standards.
- Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by Project Management teams prior to issue.
- Management of project construction documents and keeping self and the team updated with the latest revisions of the construction specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate and direct Contractors. Monitor materials and equipment and track inventory, Review the work progress on daily basis. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Manages quality, time, costs, and provision of information
- Full responsibility for reporting and escalating nonconformities to AD and CD.
Minimum Requirements
- 20-year experience in construction, of which a minimum of 12 years on airport projects.
- Experience in delivering Airport projects of similar nature.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Highly motivated and with excellent industry network.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Qualified – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering Degree
- Working understanding of contracts.
