As part of our growth, TXM Recruit are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in either Manchester and Bolton Offices for a Globally successful Consultancy.

The role will be to support their prestige clients in the Retail sector and also has the exciting scope to be involved and grow knowledge within their fund monitoring sector.

If you are looking for your next challenge with an innovative company and have the following skills, we will be excited to hear from you:
  • 2 years industry experience
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Working towards chartered status 
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Pre and post contract and cost management
  • Procurement and tendering experience.
