Area Manager – Production

A leading FMCG manufacturer are looking for a Production Area Manager to join the team, this is a newly created role out of growth. You will have responsibility for multiple direct and indirect reports, with ownership of KPI’s, planning and continuously working to improve efficiencies within the team.  

This is a days-based role working 5 days out of 6 from Monday to Saturday with 5 days on 2 days off. You will also receive a pension, life assurance and other benefits upon joining. The salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

As Area Production Manager, you will be responsible for and have experience of the following:

• Budget control
• KPI setting
• Continuous improvement projects – using lean methodologies
• Leading large-scale teams of Production Team Leaders and Operatives
• Quality control
• Worked within a food production environment
