Salary: £25,000.00 per year
40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
21 days annual leave (plus public holiday)

TXM Group are currently working with a leading M&E business that was formed in 1947 in Shropshire and has remained a privately owned family business ever since. With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector, they offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance service across many sectors.

Due to growth my client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in there Solihull branch. The successful candidate will be working on one of my client’s biggest accounts so customer service and building relationships is essential for this role. You will be working within a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work well within a team and work your own initiative. The right candidate will be responsible for planning engineers’ jobs, ensuring all the compliance documents are uploaded to the system and keeping the client up to date.

The duties include but not limited to:
  • Data Entry
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Working as a team
  • Updating internal programmes
  • Liaising with Clients/Contractors
  • Printing, filing, and photocopying.
  • General administration duties
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous administration-based experience is essential.
  • Strong IT skills in basic office programs
  • Ability to interact at all levels.
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced friendly environment.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of a similar role within the industry would be advantageous.
  • Delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident with interacting at all levels and a true team worker.
  • Time Management and Organisational skills.
  • Experience of implementing systems, processes, and procedures.
  • IT Literate (comprehensive with the Microsoft suite)
