TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who breathes customer satisfaction. They are expanding and looking for an Administrator to join their team located in Cambridge on a temp to perm basis paying £15.30 per hour.  

Your duties will consist of bridging the communication gap between operations and helpdesk. Ensuring all admin duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Role Requirements:
  • Raising subcontractor and supplier purchase orders in a timely manner and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required.
  • Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
  • Raising quotes onto in house system and following through process / requirement to the completion of the works.
  • Daily review and process supplier invoices
  • Ensuring systems both internally and externally are updated with the correct information and documentation Maintain people records for holiday, sickness and expenses
  • To assist in the production of supporting financial information
  • Supporting senior Administrator with the month end billing and WIP
  • Continuously update appropriate accounting system with detailed & accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place
  • To enable full auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes
  • Correspondence and filing.
  • Ensure that appropriate and standardised record keeping is in place.
  • General office administration duties, as required by the business.
  • Proactively share best and safe working practices.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience gained within the Facilities Management environment.
  • Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc. - intermediate to advance level
  • Knowledge of SAP and Planon is desired but not essential as training can be given.
  • Working within structured client environment, alongside a customer third party audit structure.
  • A basic understanding of accounting would also be a benefit
 
Job Details:
Hours of Work: 09:00AM – 17:00PM
Pay rate: £15.30 Per Hour (Full Time)
Contrat: Temp to Perm (3 Months) 
Office based: University of Cambridge, Laundry Farm, Barton Road, Cambridge, CB3 9LH
