TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning facilities management company at Queen Alexnadra Hospital in Portsmouth. They are looking for experienced Admin Officer who can assist with additional admin support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Maintenance of Menumark system and computer-based filing/information systems assisting with weekly price changes.
  • To ensure delivery notes are receipted correctly, on the Menu Mark system for Soft FM department.
  • To support the Catering Team in the production Patient menus as and when required.
  • To carry out monthly stocktakes ensuring all information is supplied to the Directorate Accountant.
  • To ensure the ordering of stock and non-stock items, including PPE is carried out for the Soft FM Department.
  • To liaise with Finance Department, Supplies Department and outside customers.
  • To assist with the accurate data entry on WFM to ensure staff records are current and correct.
  • To maintain and update staff sickness and annual leave records using WFMS.
  • To provide secretarial support to the FM Office Manager and other Managers within the FM Office.
  • To receive and greet incoming callers and visitors to the department.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
  • Maths level C – (or equivalent)
  • English level C – (or equivalent)
  • NVQ in Business Administration Level 2/3
  • Ordering system (Menu Mark)
  • Experience in a large organisation in an admin role

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 16:30 – Monday to Friday
Contract: 3 Months – Temp to Perm
