Working for one of the country’s leading building services and construction company’s we are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to oversee a brand new contract that goes live from the 1st of April. 

As Account Manager you would be in charge of looking after all the Hard and Soft PPM and Reactive maintenance works across over 140 key locations on an account value of over 6 Million in the East and West of the country including the Isle Of Wight.

The role is based out of our clients offices located in the Kent region. 

Our client are looking for an Account Manager who can lead a team of people who will deliver first class customer service solutions and transition the service from the existing to our clients managed solution with a key focus on compliance and health and safety.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Previous experience at a similar level, regulated business or similar
  • Appropriate Technical Knowledge and understanding
  • Health and Safety Legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Company procedures
  • Facilities Management multi-site, hard and soft FM itinerant role
