We want you to know exactly how our services work and how we process your data.

TXM Recruit operates as both an employment agency for the purpose of finding job seekers permanent employment opportunities, and as an employment business for the engagement of workers who undertake temporary/contract assignments.

Registering with TXM Recruit
By registering your profile on TXM Recruit’s website, you can apply for advertised jobs via our job board as well as set up job alerts. At any time, you can update your profile and preferences via the TXM Recruit website using your log in details.

If you have given your consent to receive TXM Recruit’s communications, the team may email you from time to time sharing the latest updates, relevant jobs and useful resources. If you no longer wish to receive these, you have the option to unsubscribe any time.

Applying for jobs
By applying for one of our vacancies advertised, your application data will be saved into our Applicant Tracking System.

As part of the application process, we are required to ensure you have the right to work in the UK and meet the criteria of our client’s job description/role profile prior to placement.

To do this, we need to carry out a number of checks and process your personal data to each company you have applied to work for / providing services too.

Please note where TXM Recruit is acting as a second-tier supplier in the supply chain, your personal data may also be shared with the end employers appointed Master Vendor, Neutral Vendor or Managed Service Provider agency in order to process your application.

Personal data may include, but not be limited to:

CV, Name, Address, References, Qualification or Competence Certificates, a copy of your Drivers Licence and Right to work documentation.

For certain roles details of any Criminal Records held, Drug and Alcohol test results, Medical test results and other sensitive data may also be processed as required.

Prior to starting a temporary/contract assignment, data processed for payroll purposes includes, but is not limited to:

Date of Birth, Gender, Name, Address, National Insurance Number and Bank Account details.

If required, as part of the end employer’s recruitment process, data may also be shared with other third parties including Drugs and Alcohol Testing providers, and The Disclosure and Barring Service.

As part of our terms of service, and to ensure both you and our customers are kept up to date and informed, we will maintain contact with you throughout your application process and during the tenure of your assignment, if you are engaged on a temporary contract basis through TXM Recruit, and throughout your first year if placed into a Permanent role.

For those working on a temporary/contract assignment:
If, during the assignment, the client wishes to employ you directly, TXM Recruit will be entitled either to charge the client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client, after which you may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client.
