Sycamore has been a Consultant with TXM Recruit since February 2015 and has enjoyed each and every second thus far!
Speaking of his time with TXM Recruit, Sycamore said: “I have definitely enjoyed my time here.
“Everyone gets on really well as here in the office, there are not any personality clashes or people that you do not want to work with or just not getting on.
“There is nothing like that here. It is really social as every so often, every Friday particularly, quite a few of us will head down the pub for a drink after work or we will head out for dinners from time-to-time.
“We do this during the week in order to break up the week a little bit, keeping a healthy social incline.
“No matter though, who you are or where you come from, everyone here treats you like a mate.
“I have never worked anywhere where directors and higher management treat you, not just with respect obviously, but treat you like a friend, like somebody they can trust with almost anything.”
What also keeps Sycamore happy in his role is TXM Recruit’s fluent ability to help others.
