TXM Recruit are supporting a leading FMCG manufacturer as they are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to join the warehouse team at their Farnborough site. As a leader within the FMCG industry, they have recently expanded their current team and are looking a Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operation and KPI's
- Managing the Warehouse staff- activity targets
- Coordinate sales and purchase order requirements
- Working with sales support, customer services and warehouse manager
- This role will require you to be hands on and be visible within the warehouse.
- Train and develop team
- Experience of managing a team of 20-25 people
- Responsible for company H& S
- Warehouse supervisory background
- Able to maintain H&S standards on site
- People Management- training and development
- Good decision maker who is able to solve issues
- Undertake staff appraisals
