Job Description

As a Utility Meter Surveyor, you will be working with TXM Recruit, one of the UK's top engineering resourcing firms. You will represent one of the UK's leading energy contractors, visiting customers at a variety of locations and properties, working on a brand new exciting long-term contract.

As a Utility Meter Surveyor, you will be going to multiple buildings within your assigned region and contacting residents to gather information about the location of utility meters (electricity & gas). Using a handheld smart device, you will be required to accurately record all the information you receive, as well as managing your workload to make sure you meet the daily targets given to you.

Working as a Utility Meter Surveyor this is a customer-facing role working on a long-term contract. We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals who have the desire to achieve success and have an eye for progression.

There is a great deal of flexibility within this role, as a Utility Meter Surveyor you will plan your own route, manage your schedule and workload to achieve the targets set for the week by head office.

Working as a Utility Meter Surveyor, you will adhere to a flexible working pattern 37 hours a week between the hours of 8am - 9pm Mon – Fri (Overtime available)

Pay: £8.50ph

Once you have completed the Interview/assessment (consisting of training room and field-based training) you will receive an hourly rate of £8.50 (PAYE) per hour, plus a mileage allowance of 45p per mile (door to door) along with an attractive bonus scheme/ Incentive.
