TXM Recruit is a multi-awarding winning, engineering talent search specialist and we have created a brand new opportunity for a Training Manager to help further develop our Training & Development function.

Based from our head office in Milton Keynes this is an exciting role which will either suit an experienced training manager / assessor with experience of delivering training to recruitment professionals, or an experienced recruitment manager who is passionate about developing people and is keen to move away from day to day recruiting and into a training role as we will support and fund relevant assessing qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support and work closely with our Training & Development Manager & key stake-holders in designing and implementing an exciting new programme which will enable us to attract more talent into the group, expose them to high quality training & development setting them up to benefit from a sustainable, successful career in recruitment.

The successful candidate will have recruitment industry experience and be excited by the opportunity to play a key role in formulating how our academy is structured.  You’ll be passionate about helping others achieve as you will deliver practical training, theory and assessment working alongside line managers to drive development whilst working at a strategic level.

Key elements of the role include;

  • Work with key stake-holders to design, implement and manage our academy framework
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with learners and their managers, providing regular guidance, support and progress monitoring
  • Providing engaging teaching & learning activities to learners by a variety of face to face and remote methods e.g. classroom, workshop or 1-1
  • Provide regular monitoring reports and general progress on all learners
  • Ensure all training is carried out to agreed quality standards
