TXM Recruit are a highly successful, ambitious engineering specialist who have gone from strength to strength. To support our continued plans for growth we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy rail division.

This is a fantastic entry level role, you will support an experienced senior recruiter in recruiting for flagship clients within the rail sector. Full training and support will be provided and this role offers genuine opportunities for career progression & development.

Previous recruitment experience isn’t essential, however we do look for candidates who are professional, credible and have a willingness to learn and the ability to learn and understand technical terminology, you’ll ideally have worked within a fast paced, professional environment and be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to develop a career within the recruitment industry.

The role of recruitment consultant is varied and fast paced, you’ll be identifying and winning new clients, as well as partnering and development our existing customer base, you will also source candidates via various methods including advertised search, professional networking and utilising our database so excellent communication skills are essential along with a professional, confident approach.
