Voted the best engineering recruitment company to work for in 2016, we have successfully won a multi-year contract with a leading supplier into the Automotive and Rail industry and currently require an experienced Delivery Consultant to support the account.

As a key position, this is a rare opportunity to join an established team who are responsible for delivering high volume contract and permanent recruitment campaigns initially in the UK, though likely to expand into mainland Europe in the next 6 months.

You will be an experienced recruitment consultant ideally having previously worked with the manufacturing / engineering sector before and be able to demonstrate success in this area.

Team Structure

The Manufacturing team is split into 3 sectors: Motorsport, Aerospace and General Engineering. Within each sector we have experienced and trainee consultants that each have specialist skill-sets that they actively recruit for and talent pool against.

The team, based in both Milton Keynes and Derby, is 11 strong presently with the aim of increasing to 14 by the end of the year.

As a team we have achieved consistent year on year growth and 2019 looks like being another record year! 

We're number one within Motorsport and boast the enviable position of supplying a number of the leading teams on the grid.  We have transferred this success into the aerospace / automotive sector and recently won a number of multi-year sole supplier agreements.

Our plan is to expand our footprint into Europe within the next 12 months.
