Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team. TXM Group was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Milton Keynes UK. We provide contract, interim and permanent recruitment solutions, as well as training and project support within a range of specialist areas, across a number of industries.

 

Job Description:

 

Job title: Trainee Internal Recruitment Consultant

Department: Internal Recruitment

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Reporting to: Internal Recruitment Manager

Probation Period: 6 months

 

Summary:

 

The Internal Recruitment Consultant will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create a steady flow of talent into the business
  • Be proactive in identifying candidates for current and future job roles
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates
 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build a talent pool network within our local markets
  • Create talent pools to target/access less obvious and higher quality candidates
  • Develop and maintain pools of internal and external talents
  • Call candidates / applicants to screen them for suitable roles
  • Write job adverts
  • Establish candidate pipelines
  • Seek and act upon constructive feedback on recruitment process and practices as part of continuous improvement
  • Administer job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies
  • Manage the posting of job vacancies using reliable and the best performing recruitment channels / platforms
  • Execute recruitment social media communication in accordance with HR and other existing branding/marketing guidelines
 

Person Specification:

Knowledge and experience:

  • Prior experience in a customer service / sales role
  • Must be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to cope well under pressure
  • Have strong organisation skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all employees across the Group
