£18,000-£20,000 plus 28 days holidays (incl bank holidays) & bonus

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to enter a career in machining. This well-established high precision engineering company are seeking a trainee sliding head setter/operator to join their expanding team. Specialising in manufacturing parts for the motorsport, aerospace and medical industry, our client is looking for a candidate with minimum experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills and excel within the engineering industry.

You will be fully trained in the setting and operating of CNC machinery. You will be operating in a low volume high value environment supplying some of the most well-known names in F1 and the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have some form of basic engineering experience although this is not essential.  More importantly you will be an enthusiastic individual who is interested in motorsport or aerospace industry and open and willing to learn new skills.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their engineering career.
