TXM Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Supervisor to join one of the leading building services providers in London
Are you their ideal candidate?
They are looking for an experienced Supervisor with an electrical background who has experience working in high end commercial building or client-facing environments
The ideal candidate will work be confident supervising a team of engineers and sub-contractors whilst also being happy being hands on with the work
Meeting SLA’s and understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service is also a must for this role
Going above and beyond is second nature to you and you’re always happy to help a colleague if necessary.
Is this your ideal role?
This is a hands on supervisory role with responsibilities focused on client/tenant satisfaction and supervising a team of 12 engineers as well as sub-contractors on occasion
You will be expected to take in the PPM rota and call out rather than being office based.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Must come from an electrical background
- Experience supervising a team of engineers
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2)
- Previous experience working within facilities management or building service's

- Stand-by of £100 with a min of 4 hours paid
