Technical Buyer - F1 - Northamptonshire

As a Technical Buyer your role will be to source high complex technical components within extremely aggressive deadlines and budgets. You will create clear parts status reports and tactical introduction plans to meet demand for both F1 and Automotive programmes. You will take accountability for external supply chain performance to meet the agreed costs, quality and delivery targets.

Your key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Purchase Order creation
• Eliminating parts shortages, confirming future delivery dates to Build and Programme Management
• Improve Purchasing performance KPI's
• Identify, implement and improve savings / cost reduction / productivity objectives
• Purchasing risk management and reporting
• Maintaining and improving high performance relationship with suppliers

If you experience in the purchasing of engineered products and services in a fast paced environment i.e. motor sport, automotive or retail/FMCG and you have experience working with SAP then you may be perfect for this role.
