Team Leader:
TXM Recruit are looking for a Team Leader with previous hands on experience leading a paint spraying team. This is an exciting role which will give you the ability to express your team leading skills within a vehicle paint spraying team.
You will be required to manage a team of paint sprayers to use correct paints and equipment to ensure a high standard is maintained consistently. You will be responsible for working to strict time limits to ensure that the team complete the tasks according to a tight schedule.
Shift Pattern:
Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday 3pm to 11.30pm, Friday 12pm to 5.30pm
PAYE Rates:
Pay scale of; £19.11 per hour depending on quality of skills test and experience
Limited Company Rates:
Pay scale of; £25 per hour depending on quality of skills test and experience
