TXM Recruit are supporting one of our clients within the facilities management sector to appoint a Switchboard Operator / Administrator to cover a month contract.

Start date: 20.06.22
End date: 15.07.22

Duties:
  • Internal Switchboard cover, receiving and transferring calls
  • Strong Customer Service skills to meet and greet attendees to Reception
  • Provide a holistic Reception customer service
  • Back office facilities administration support

Requirements: 
  • Strong Customer Facing Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook
  • Good telephone skills
