Job Title: Support Engineer
Salary: £36,000
Location: Central London (Multiple sites)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
 
 
TXM Recruit have an exciting opportunity for an electrically bias engineer to join one of the leading building services providers in London
 
Are you their ideal candidate?
They are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer with an electrical background who has experience working in retail, high-end residential and/or commercial buildings, ideally in client-facing environments
You will be self-motivated, posses a professional attitude and be willing to learn new skills
Meeting SLA’s and understanding the importance of providing excellent customer service is also a must for this role
 
Is this your ideal role?
You will be supporting various teams on sites in Central London, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. Although your work will predominantly electrical, heating and ventilation will be part of your remit as well
You will be on call on an ad-hoc basis, depending on where extra people are needed
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Must come from an electrical background
  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2)
  • Hold your 17th/18th Edition
  • Previous experience working within facilities management or building service's
