TXM Recruit are proud to be partnered with a well renowned Main Contractor who are looking for 4 x Site Managers on a short term contract in Leicester, working on a high profile student accomodation project. 

Start Date - 18.10.21
End Date - 22.11.21

Monday to Friday 
0800 - 1630 (more hours available)


The role: 

  • To manage a designated project on site and achieve the target contributions in accordance with the contract documents and programme; ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, to a high standard of quality and with high levels of client/resident satisfaction. 
  • To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Delivered projects on student accomodation 
  • SMSTS card
  • CSCS card 
  • First Aid qualification 
  • Contractors Safety Officer’s Training 
  • Appointed First Aider
  • Asbestos Awareness Training 
  • Working at Height Training
