TXM Recruit are working with a highly reputable Building Services Company who are at the forefront of providing maintenance solutions to prestigeous building in London. Having recently won another high profile contract, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manger to oversee the maintenance of this Central London building
Although you will be managing a shift team, your working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of multi-skilled engineers
- Liaising with the client and managing expectations
- Participating in building shutdowns when required
- Health & Safety of the site
- Must come from an electrical background
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Experience managing a team of engineers
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2)
- Full building services critical environment knowledge
- Hold a current AP 15 HV qualification
