Production Engineering, 4 on 4 off days & nights

TXM Recruit FMCG are partnering with an international business who specialise in the development and manufacturing of a broad FMCG product portfolio, consisting of well-known brands across: personal care; household cleaning; cosmetics; pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

With their products being in even more high demand, the business continues to build on an excellent market position with further new products being developed and a UK production site that has benefited from recent investment.

They are now hiring for a Shift Manager to further develop an established team of Production Operatives and Production Engineer and identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on lean methodologies and continuous improvements.

As the incoming Shift Manager, you will have experience & knowledge in the following:

• Previous production engineer / manufacturing engineer experience within high volume production and processing lines.

• Managing and improving the production processes, production schedules, resources and supplies and managing a team.

• Ideally your experience will have come from FMCG or food & drinks or alternatively pharmaceuticals or medical devices.

4 on 4 off days and nights rotating, 12 hour shifts

Salaries range from £35,000- 40,000
